By downloading or using the Application, these Terms & Conditions automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

These terms govern your use of the Shree Bikaneri Maheshwari Panchayat Mobile Application and all associated services.

1. Use of the Application

The Application is intended to facilitate community relations and digital support. The core functions include:

• Member directory management
• Community communication
• Event management
• Donor management
• Biodata and matrimonial services
• Notifications and announcements
• AI-powered assistance and smart features

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our community application, you agree:

• To provide accurate, truthful, and updated information for the directory.
• Not to misuse, scrape, harvest, or distribute member or community data to external parties.
• Not to upload unlawful, offensive, harmful, or defamatory content.
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to other profiles, administrative dashboards, or secure databases.
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the platform's security mechanisms.

3. Account & Security

Maintaining security is a shared responsibility. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to and ownership of their registered mobile number (as login relies on OTP authentication).
• Protecting their mobile device security.
• Reporting any suspected unauthorized access or profile tampering immediately to the administrators.

To ensure application integrity, users are strongly advised not to root or jailbreak their mobile devices. Doing so may expose the device to security threats, cause the app to malfunction, and void access to the Service.

4. Payments & Donations

Certain special services inside the application may be chargeable, including but not limited to:

• Matrimonial search and biodata publication services
• Matrimonial subscription-related plans
• Future premium community services
• Voluntary community donations

All online payments are completed through external payment processors. Payments once completed are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing by the Organization.

5. Internet & Network Usage

The Application requires active network communication to download directory data, process forms, retrieve notices, and run search features. Users are responsible for:

• Having active internet connectivity.
• All mobile data charges, roaming fees, and network provider costs incurred while using the Application.

6. Device Compatibility

Users must ensure that their devices meet the minimum software requirements. The Organization does not promise that the Application will always update to match the specific OS version installed on your device.

7. Platform Updates & Availability

To improve user experience and app safety, the Organization may:

• Release OTA patches and App Store/Play Store updates.
• Modify existing features or introduce new ones.
• Temporarily suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected downtime.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with third-party software tools, payment systems, or notification aggregators, including:

• Payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)
• WhatsApp and SMS dispatch engines
• Cloud hosting infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)

Your interaction with these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy agreements.

9. AI & Automated Services

AI-powered services may include smart directory searches, matrimonial matching filters, automated announcements, and interactive community chat assistance.

While we strive for high precision, AI-generated outputs and recommendations may not always be 100% accurate, complete, or reflective of reality. Please verify sensitive information independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Organization shall not be held liable for:

• Temporary downtime or unavailability of service.
• Technical failures, server errors, or lost data.
• Unauthorized profile modifications or data leaks stemming from compromised user devices.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app usage.
• Accuracy of user-generated content or matrimonial bio-data uploaded by members.

11. Suspension & Termination

The Organization reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access to the Application, without prior notice, for any member who:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Engages in fraudulent, spam, or disruptive activities.
• Misuses, copies, or distributes community information for commercial or external marketing purposes.
• Presents a security concern to the application infrastructure.

12. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.

These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
